Our commitment to provide a great service to you and your dog includes us working within the guidelines of the Animal Welfare Act 2006. In addition to this we will:

  • Keep your dog safe, clean and hydrated at all times

  • Use a reward based approach to ensure positive association with the grooming process.

  • Keep visiting dogs separate to avoid any interaction between dogs from different homes

  • Treat your dog as our own when they are in our care

  • Allow sufficient breaks and allow them to behave normally at all times. We will work with your dog rather than against it.

Terms and Conditions

On booking an appointment, you agree to the below terms and conditions.

  • I confirm that my pet is fit and healthy.

  • I will make the groomer aware of any allergies.

  • I agree that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for irritation, abrasion, patchiness or hair loss due not any pre existing skin condition, or as a result of the process of grooming, de-matting, thinning, stripping, or shaving, or any mishap caused by my disclosure of my pet's medical condition or behaviour.

  • If my dog has badly matted fur I give consent for the groomer to shave this off instead of brushing out to avoid any unnecessary suffering for the dog. This will be discussed with you first.

  • If my pet bites or attempts to bite any person or pet, a muzzle may be used, or at the discretion the groomer, treatment may stop and I will pay for work done to that point and will pay the full cost of all damages and expense my pet has caused.

  • If at any time during the groom my dog shows distress or objects to any part of the process, I understand that the groomer will stop and this may result in an incomplete groom. I understand I will be informed of this immediately and consulted.

  • If I fail to collect my pet at the agreed time I will pay all extra cost due.

  • If my pet harbours any parasites clear them at my expense.

  • If my pet's health causes concern, obtain veterinary treatment at my expense

  • I agree to pay any charges due for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.

Free walk offer - terms and conditions

  • You must register with Eva's Green to receive your free walk

  • You walk may be taken on the day of your dogs groom or at a later date 

  • All walks are subject to availability

  • If you cancel your appointment you will not receive your free walk

  • You must pay in full on the day of your groom if you do not you will be charged for your booked walk

Eva's Groom Privacy Policy

On arrival at the grooming studio you will be asked to sign a document agreeing to our privacy policy. If you fill in any contact form on our website you will also be agreeing to our Privacy Policy.
